Lost cat flyer: print and fill in

A free lost cat flyer to fill in and print on one sheet of A4 or Letter paper. It follows the ASPCA's list of what a lost pet flyer needs.

Written from the sources below on 17 October 2026. How we use sources.

Type into the boxes below or print the page and write by hand. Add a recent, clear photo. The flyer prints on one sheet of A4 or Letter paper and leaves out the rest of this page.

The ASPCA says a lost pet flyer needs a big, bold headline, a clear recent photo, a description (coloring, sex, age, weight, distinguishing features), when and where your pet was last seen, and your name with two phone numbers, one of them a friend's or family member's. Use the same design everywhere you post it.

Before you print

  • Humane World for Animals, in its lost-dog advice, says many experts leave one identifying feature out of lost pet ads. If a caller cannot describe it, be skeptical. You can leave the "marks" line blank for that reason.
  • Print on brightly colored paper if you can. Best Friends says large, eye-catching posters work in the immediate neighborhood.

Where to put it, and the full search plan, are in How to find a lost cat.
