In memory: tributes from 2012 and 2013
This category page on the former site gathered three posts.
- A tribute to the group's poster dog. See In memory of Jester.
- A tribute to a woman who worked for animals in disasters in Nassau County. See In memory of Darlene A. Dillon, which also draws on the tribute the group first posted in December 2012 on the category page.
- An obituary of a private person who died in 2013. In lieu of flowers, it asked for donations to the group and two other charities.
We do not reproduce the obituary. It names private people and family details, and donations to the former group cannot be made. It was posted on 8 July 2013.
